By creating a BillQ account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, do not use BillQ.

1. About BillQ

BillQ is a mobile billing application developed and operated by Sembian Technologies, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. BillQ provides digital billing, receipt printing, and business reporting tools for small businesses in India and Malaysia.

BillQ operates on a subscription model with the following plans:

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your subscription expires and must manually renew.

BillQ provides:

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

You own all the data you create in BillQ — your menu items, bills, and business information. By using BillQ, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the BillQ service to you.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or SMS at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of BillQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
